Rental Policies
As operators of Five Mile Hall, Food Solutions Corp maintains the exclusive right for Food and Beverage services. Guests wishing to use their own catering or beverage services must request in advance with details. Additional charges will apply for use of authorized caterers and/or kitchen facilities and equipment.
Kitchen facilities are not available to rent for food service preparation, however, food storing, reheating, and plating arrangements can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. The kitchen must be left in good condition.
Any permits or related insurance required is the responsibility of the guest booking the hall or service. Additional charges may apply for SOCAN fees for entertainment services at booked events.
Facilities must be left in original state received. All Decorations must be removed.
Any damages to the facility by any group attendee is the sole responsibility of the booking party.
Rental Fees & Deposit
A Hall Rental Contract must be completed upon booking. A $500 Damage Deposit is required upon booking for all rentals. The Full rental fee must be paid in full one week prior to booking.
Cancellations with 30 days advance notice prior to event will receive full refund of deposit. Cancellations made without 30-day advance notice will forfeit deposit. Deposit will be returned within 1 week after completion of booking.
Renters that are serving liquor MUST have a valid liquor license (by law) as well as Event Insurance and provide copies of both to the Hall Manager prior to the event. Please stipulate Five Mile Hall & Catering as “3rd Party Insured” on your policy if possible.
Hall access is provided a few hours prior to the start of your event. As the key holder you are required to always secure all entries and exits whenever you (the key holder) are not on the premises, even if someone else is still there.
If you would like to rent Five Mile Hall, you will have to agree to the terms and conditions laid out in the following Rental Agreement.
Catering & Rental Fees
A catering contract must be completed upon booking. 50% of Catering Fees must be paid one month prior to event. Guaranteed guest numbers must be provided 14 days in advance of event. Remainder of catering charges must be paid at this time.
Food Solutions will allow for an additional 10% of last minute attendees. Additional meal charges will apply (not beyond hall capacity).
Food Solutions does not supply decorative items or Table linens.

Day rate is for 18 hrs (ending at 2:00 AM)
Full weekend rate $850 (Friday noon to Sunday noon) - Retreat Room $150
Includes use of tables & chairs, and WiFi access
40 max seating
Day rate is for 18 hrs (ending at 2:00 AM)
- Boardroom Rental $100
Furnished and includes WiFi access
Comfortable seating for 12 around the table, max 20 in the room
Day rate is for 16 hrs (ending at 11:00 PM)
- Office Rental $50
Unfurnished, Includes WiFi access
Daily Rate $50.00
Weekly Rate $250.00
Monthly Rate $900.00
